Open-Faced Turkey Sandwiches

Open-Faced Turkey Sandwiches


4 tsps reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
2 slices (1 oz each) reduced-fat cheddar cheese
4 ozs thinly sliced cooked turkey breast
6 fresh spinach leaves, shredded

Spread cream cheese on toasted bread slices. Layer cheese, turkey and
spinach on top of the cream cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted. Serve
immediately.
